Capital Metro

For business travelers visiting Austin, Capital Metro (CapMetro) offers a convenient and efficient way to navigate the city. Built to serve over 1 million people across 535 square miles, CapMetro’s network includes over 1,600 bus stops and 82 routes.

If you’re looking to explore the city from your hotel or quickly arrive at your meeting venue, there's likely a CapMetro service to get you there​. For those out late, CapMetro also offers Late-Night services running until 2 a.m. from Thursday to Saturday, perfect for experiencing Austin's renowned nightlife​.

Planning your trip is made easy with the CapMetro App, where you can buy passes and plan trips right from your smartphone. Day passes are affordably priced at $2.50 for Local bus service, including MetroRapid, and $7 for rail services, including MetroRail. Where do you deliver?

We Rent Copiers can deliver equipment to any venue within the Greater Austin area and beyond!

Many of our customers request delivery to hotel conference rooms, but we’ve also sent equipment to stadiums, corporate campuses, museums, and similar locations.

Are you based in Austin?

Yes! We have a local team and storage facility in Austin for shipping and receiving, which we use as a service hub for the surrounding region.

How does the rental process work?

We Rent Copiers offers a wide selection of office equipment, from commercial copiers to satellite and mobile internet.

After browsing our product selection, request a quote. A member of our sales team will help you finalize your order and confirm your details.

Your equipment will arrive at your requested location and will be ready to use by the start date you select.

When your rental period ends, our team will return to collect the equipment.

Do you offer black-and-white copiers?

Not exclusively.

However, almost all modern multifunction copiers and printers offer a black and white option.

It’s more cost effective for us to offer units that print services both in color and in black and white, since those units are more flexible.

Does my printer or photocopier come with everything pre-installed?

Yes. Anything you might need (toner, data plans, etc.) will be included with your equipment rental as part of your upfront costs.

How do service calls work?

Our in-house experts are available for troubleshooting and phone support during regular business hours.

On-site service calls are typically handled the following day.

Will I get the exact equipment model that I order?

Often, yes.

However, similar to a rental car agency, we carry a variety of models that offer similar performance.

Depending on warehouse availability, you may receive comparable equipment that varies slightly from your initial selection.

For example, we list HP Laserjet printers in our product selection, but we may send a comparable Kyocera or Canon copier if our primary models are unavailable.

Do you rent specific printer brands? (Panasonic, Toshiba, Ricoh, Xerox, etc.)

We primarily offer Sharp copiers, although we keep other brands in our warehouse.

If you need a specific model, we will try to accommodate your request.

Can I come pick up my rental?

Unfortunately, no.

Most of the commercial equipment we carry is too heavy to place inside a standard vehicle. (Nobody wants to load a Sharp Copier in the back of their car!)

We offer hands-off delivery and ship things quickly, especially if it’s local.

Can I extend the length of my rental?

Yes! All rental contracts can be extended beyond their initial end date.
