The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando provides a Caribbean-themed paradise for visitors to The City Beautiful. Featuring tropical landscaping and cascading waterfalls, this scenic locale offers plenty of places to relax and unwind.
The resort provides convenient access to Universal Orlando's theme parks and CityWalk via water taxi or walking paths. While it doesn't provide unlimited Express Pass access like some other Universal hotels, guests still enjoy perks like early park admission and package delivery services.
Guests hosting an event here will have access to up to 115,000 square feet of meeting space split across ballrooms, meeting halls, and dedicated meeting rooms. Venues are available in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Hard Rock Orlando
Like all Hard Rock hotels, the Hard Rock Orlando offers a unique blend of rock-and-roll atmosphere and luxury amenities. This hotel is relatively new — having opened in 2021 — and is just a stone’s throw (get it?) away from Universal Studios Florida and the Islands of Adventure.
The Hard Rock Orlando is smaller than other hotels in the region, offering just 650 rooms. However, guests can still enjoy plenty of amenities, including a pool, a gym, and even musical instrument rentals.
For meeting spaces, Hard Rock Orlando offers a combined total of 16,000 square feet of meeting space split roughly between indoor ballrooms/boardrooms and outdoor venues.

The Florida Hotel and Conference Center
While not as flashy as the standard assembly of luxury resorts, the Florida Hotel and Conference Center offers an excellent combination of location and amenities for business travelers in Orlando.
The hotel is connected to the Florida Mall, a premier shopping destination, and is a short distance from most of the major theme parks and attractions in the area. The Orange County Convention Center is also located nearby.
For meetings onsite, the Florida Hotel offers 50,000 square feet of meeting space, with venues for anywhere between 10 and 1,000 people.
The Crowne Plaza
Centrally located, the Crowne Plaza Orlando-Downtown bills itself as a place for professionals to work, rest, and prepare for the day ahead. Like most of the hotels on our list, the Crowne Plaza is centrally located and offers quick access to most amenities and attractions in downtown Orlando.
For business travelers, the Crowne Plaza offers the Plaza Workspace, a business center designed as an upscaled office space. This workspace includes free wireless connectivity and staff support so that you can stay productive while on the go.
The Crowne Plaza also provides 7,800 square feet of meeting and function space for teams who want to host events onsite. Venues include multiple ballrooms, dining halls, and several small meeting rooms.

The Dr. Phillips Center includes multiple theaters, concert halls, and plazas, as well as other meeting spaces that are a perfect fit for private events.
Unlike most other venue options you’ll see, your experience at the Dr. Phillips center will change dramatically based on the venue you choose. With capacity for anywhere from 30 to 5,500 guests (depending on the venue selection), this is a great option for events and gatherings big or small.

Amway Center
Home to the Orlando Magic and a selection of other nationally acclaimed sports teams, the Amway Center is a destination hotspot for blockbuster events in the Orlando area.
Located downtown, it’s the perfect gathering spot for after-hours activities while touring in the city, especially for both sporting and musical events.
If you’re in need of a venue option for corporate events, the Amway Center provides ample opportunities in this arena, as well. Offering a staggering 875,000 square feet of event space, the Amway Center offers everything from dedicated conference rooms to full-on convention and exhibit spaces.
It’s a great fit for larger companies, although smaller organizations may find more intimate and cost-effective solutions elsewhere.
Orange County Convention Center
Located on International Drive, just down the street from major hotels and tourist attractions, the Orange County Convention Center offers a variety of venue options for meetings and events.
The facility has hosted numerous corporate gatherings from Fortune 500 companies, and the space is flexible enough to accommodate both large conventions and smaller, more comfortable affairs.
Many rooms inside the facility offer movable walls, allowing the venues to be rearranged to suit your unique needs. That, combined with the various room sizes (theaters, conference rooms, banquet halls, classrooms, etc.) make the OCCC a great option for groups of all sizes.

We always safely deliver and pick up your equipment using our commercial vans, but here are some convenient options for you, as you get to and from your event.
SunRail
Running north-south from Campbell and Kissimmee to Lake Monroe, the SunRail offers commuter rail solutions throughout Orlando. It’s a great option for teams who want to get out of the downtown area, with fares usually running between $2 and $10.
SunRail connects to a variety of destinations around the Orlando Area, from a variety of parks and outdoor attractions all the way to upscale destinations like the Orlando Science Center and the Orlando Museum of Art.
Depending on where you book your event or venue space, SunRail may also provide fast transportation from your hotel to your venue. The Church Street Station provides easy access to the Amway Center, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and a host of other venues.

For teams who want to ride around and experience life outside of downtown, Lynx is a great starting point.
Shuttle services
More than many other destinations, Orlando is a resort and vacation town.
Teams who prefer to travel together or in luxury will find a variety of shuttle services readily available alongside the standard ridesharing and cab services available in most cities.
For swift shuttles to popular destinations (Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.), MEARS is a great option. You’ll also find a huge selection of local vendors who specialize in shuttle and taxi services to both traditional and more obscure destinations.

FAQ
Where do you deliver?
We Rent Copiers can quickly deliver equipment to any location in Central and South Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa, and Miami.
Many of our customers request delivery to hotel conference rooms, but we’ve also sent equipment to stadiums, corporate campuses, museums, and similar locations.
Are you based in Orlando?
Yes! We have a local team and storage facility in Orlando which we use as a service hub for the surrounding region, allowing us to minimize delivery and response times.
Do you facilitate repairs?
We provide printer repairs for our own fleet.
Our technicians are trained and certified to maintain and support the printers in our inventory.
However, we don’t offer copier repairs for products that we do not own.
How does the leasing and rental process work?
We Rent Copiers offers a wide selection of office equipment, from commercial copiers to satellite and mobile internet solutions.
After browsing our product selection, request a quote. A member of our copier sales team will help you finalize your order and confirm your details.
Your equipment will arrive at your requested location and will be ready to use by the start date you select.
When your rental period ends, our team will return to collect the equipment.
Are your laser printers and copiers color or black and white?
Both. While all the copiers in our fleet are color copiers, each offers monochrome settings for black and white printing.
This is common for most new copiers.
Does my printer or photocopier come with everything pre-installed?
Yes. Anything you might need (toner, data plans, etc.) will be included with your rental.
If you have specific business needs, please let our sales team know.
Will I get the exact equipment model that I order?
Often, yes.
However, similar to a rental car agency, we carry a variety of models that offer similar performance.
Depending on warehouse availability, you may receive comparable equipment that varies slightly from your initial selection.
For example, we list HP Laserjet printers in our product selection, but we may send a comparable Kyocera or Canon copier if our primary models are unavailable.
Do you rent specific printer brands? (Panasonic, Toshiba, Xerox, Lexmark, etc.)
We primarily offer Sharp copiers, although we keep other brands (Konica Minolta, Ricoh, etc.) in our warehouse.
If you need a specific brand — like a Xerox copier — we will try to accommodate your request if models are available, but we may only be able to offer a machine with equivalent functionality.
Can I come pick up my rental?
Unfortunately, no.
Most of the commercial equipment we carry is too heavy to place inside a standard vehicle. (Nobody wants to load a Sharp copier in the back of their car!)
As part of our copy machine rental service, we’ll handle all aspects of your delivery.
