Printer and copier rentals

Trusted by leading brands

On-demand, temporary office solutions in the nation’s capital.

Finding a commercial-grade copier/printer rentals for a short-term event in Washington DC can be a major challenge.

Most rental companies offer office technology to businesses on multi-year, long-term contracts. That's not helpful when you need to host a government conference, a non-profit fundraiser, a trade show, or a special event. In those scenarios, copier leases run far too long and cost far too much.

We Rent Copiers specializes in short-term equipment rentals with on-site, hands-free delivery anywhere in and around Northern Virginia and the DC Metro Area (including Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring, and more).

Our no-hassle rental programs have been used to host government events, build legal war rooms, and support small business ventures without the downsides of a long-term rental contract.

FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We Rent Copiers can deliver equipment to any venue within the Delaware Valley and beyond!

Many of our customers request delivery to hotel conference rooms, but we’ve also sent equipment to stadiums, corporate campuses, museums, and similar locations.

Are you based in Washington DC?

Close. We have a local team and storage facility in Laurel, MD (about halfway between DC and Baltimore) for shipping and receiving, which we use as a service hub for the surrounding region.

We serve the Greater Washington DC metro area, Northern Virginia, and nearby areas, including Annapolis, Frederick, Silver Spring, Columbia, and many other locations.

How does the rental process work?

We Rent Copiers offers a wide selection of office equipment, from commercial copiers to satellite and mobile internet.

After browsing our product selection, request a quote. A member of our sales team will help you finalize your order and confirm your details.

Your equipment will arrive at your requested location and will be ready to use by the start date you select.

When your rental period ends, our team will return to collect the equipment.

Does my printer or photocopier come with everything pre-installed?

Yes. Anything you might need (toner, data plans, etc.) will be included with your rental.

If you have specific business needs — including upgraded service response and support options — please let our sales team know.

Will I get the exact equipment model that I order?

Often, yes.

However, similar to a rental car agency, we carry a variety of models that offer similar performance.

Depending on warehouse availability, you may receive comparable equipment that varies slightly from your initial selection.

For example, we list HP Laserjet printers in our product selection, but we may send a comparable Kyocera or Canon copier if our primary models are unavailable.

Do you rent specific printer brands? (Panasonic, Konica-Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, etc.)

We primarily offer Sharp copiers and MFPs, although we keep other brands in our warehouse.

If you need a specific model, we will try to accommodate your request.

Can I come pick up my rental?

Unfortunately, no.

Most of the commercial equipment we carry is too heavy to place inside a standard vehicle. (Nobody wants to load a Sharp Copier in the back of their car!)

We offer hands-off delivery and ship things quickly, especially if it’s local.

Can I extend the length of my rental?

Yes! All rental contracts are flexible and can be extended beyond their initial end date.

In the event you need to retain your equipment, contact our support team.
