The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas

The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas is the largest event venue in Downtown Vegas. This flexible venue offers 315,000 square feet of event space offers traditional and unique layouts. It is the ideal venue for tradeshows, conferences, and large-scale events.

The Expo is located a short distance from the Harry Reid International Airport and close to public transportation routes. Nine Twenty

The fully customizable space at Nine Twenty encourages connection, creativity, and community. This venue offers 10,000 square feet of indoor space boasting tall ceilings, garage doors, and skylights. The outdoor area provides an additional 8,100 square feet of event space.

Available for groups of ten to up to 1,000 guests, the space is yours to command. Nine Twenty is licensed for onsite catering and liquor sales with a preferred vendor list to help you celebrate. The onsite parking lot allows for easy entry and access.

Located in the Arts District, Nine Twenty strives to be a community hub for creative entrepreneurs, artists, and small businesses of all kinds. The event management team offers flexible pricing options to help bring your vision to life in this vibrant community of innovators. 

Suite 150 & Suite 155

Bring your event vision to life in the blank space of Suite 150. This micro-event venue is ideal for smaller events. The 814-square-foot empty vessel is available to accommodate groups of up to 50 guests.

This event company offers a sister space, Suite 155 that provides an additional 830 square feet. Flexible rental options allow you to rent the two spaces together or separately. If you’re looking for a slightly larger venue, take a peek at their third venue over at Renowned Events.

Suite 150 is easily accessible and provides an on-site parking lot. It’s located just minutes from The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. Within walking distance of the venue are several popular bars, restaurants, and shops for your guests to enjoy before or after your meeting.

Where do you deliver?

We Rent Copiers can deliver equipment to any venue within the Las Vegas area and beyond!

Many of our customers request delivery to hotel conference rooms, but we’ve also sent equipment to stadiums, corporate campuses, museums, temporary offices, and similar locations.

How does the rental process work?

We Rent Copiers offers a wide selection of office equipment, from commercial copiers to satellite and mobile internet.

After browsing our product selection, request a rental quote. A member of our sales team will help you finalize your order and confirm your details.

Your equipment will arrive at your requested location and will be ready to use by the start date you select.

When your rental period ends, our team will return to collect the equipment.

Does my printer or photocopier come with everything pre-installed?

Yes. Our printer services include anything you might need (toner, data plans, etc.)with your rental.

If you have specific business needs, please let our sales team know.

Will I get the exact equipment model that I order?

Often, yes.

However, similar to a rental car agency, we carry a variety of models that offer similar performance.

Depending on warehouse availability, you may receive comparable equipment that varies slightly from your initial selection.

For example, we list HP Laserjet printers in our product selection, but we may send a comparable Kyocera or Canon laser printer if our primary models are unavailable.

Do you rent specific printer brands? (Panasonic, Toshiba, Xerox, Lexmark, etc.)

We primarily offer Sharp copiers, although we keep other high-quality brands in our warehouse.

If you need a specific model, we will try to accommodate your request.

Can I come pick up my rental?

Unfortunately, no.

Most of the commercial equipment we carry is too heavy to place inside a standard vehicle. (Nobody wants to load a Sharp Copier in the back of their car!)

We offer hands-off delivery and ship things quickly, especially if it’s local.

Can I extend the length of my rental?

Yes! All rental contracts can be extended beyond their initial end date.
